We are very proud to announce that Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) at Jumping Up Learning Circles Center is here!
The registration of TCML has begun and every week we have a new and practical topic!
TCML is a language project that the Taiwan government is promoting to ensure that Mandarin learning abroad wouldn’t be used as political tools. In December 2020, the US government announced a partnership with Taiwan called the “U.S.-Taiwan Education Initiative” in order to help Taiwan promote Mandarin learning in the United States and around the world.

Now, in San Jose, California, we are offering two kinds of classes for adults whose ages are 18 years old or older than 18, one in-person class and one online class.

  • The In-Person Class will meet every Saturday from the morning to the afternoon、Sunday 1-4pm PT at Jumping Up Mandarin Learning Center of Northern California (5965 Almaden Expressway, suite 165, San Jose, CA 95120 )
