Jumping Up Mandarin Learning, hereby, set forth these guidelines for students applying for withdrawal refund. For students after registration is completed, an online withdrawal form should submitted to Jumping Up Mandarin Learning for approval. The followings are the refund guidelines:

  1. Refund amount will deduct all applicable processing fees and textbook expenses.
  2. If the withdrawal form was submitted two weeks before the first day (inclusive) of the new quarter, full amount of the tuition less all deductibles will be refunded.
  3. Refund of 90% paid tuition less all deductibles will be granted if the withdrawal form was submitted within 2 weeks after the first day (inclusive) of the new semester.
  4. The receiving date for the withdrawal form will be based on the electronic date time stamp of the form submitted.
